What a beautiful weekend so far. Pleasant temperatures and no precipitation. Water temps are in the sixties, a pleasant range for August. Normally, it would be much warmer this time of year. Thankfully, the river level is still perfect. We have been spared the heavy rains that have hit many areas around us.

There are still lots of tan caddis hatching and the golden stonefly shucks are all over the rocks. Lots of blue winged olives still around also. WeÕll see the tricos before long.
